Q.How many years has Exclusive Collectables Online been established and how can i be assured that my payment details are in safe hands?
A.Exclusive Collectables online has been established since 2000 and has safe handling system that ensures your payment details are deleted as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Q.If I place a pre order, will my credit card be processed when I place the order?
A.Not at all, we only process your payment on the day of dispatch. So if you purchase multiple items, some pre order, some in stock, you will only be charged for the items when they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Q. What's the difference between 'Regular Prices' and 'Gold Member's' Prices?
A. Regular prices are the prices for all registered customer on our website. You must first be signed in to purchase products, so you will need to sign up as a registered customer to receive 'regular prices'. The 'Gold Member's' prices are for customers who have purchased an annual
Gold Membership. For an annual $30.00 fee, the customer is entitled to receive a large range of discounts on almost all products. You can see the difference in prices to see how much you could save. In some cases, it may even be cheaper to buy a Gold Membership and then purchase a product.
Q. I purchased a gold membership along with my order, but I didn't receive the discounts on my other products. Why didn't it recognise my discount?
A. You must be first registered as a gold member on the site before making purchases with your membership. Once you purchase a gold membership, it can take up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and registered on the site. Please purchase your membership and wait for confirmation before buying your new items.
Q. How do I enter my discount code?
A. Occasionally you will be given a discount code for promotions or online sales, and to use them, simply insert the code and select 'update' on your shopping cart page. See example below.
