Meet Alfred

In 2006 Alfred Battiato joined the Exclusive Collectables members club at our original Homebush location, unwittingly destined four years later to becomes  Australia first hobby store franchise owner and the first Exclusive Collectables franchisee.

The adventure has been exciting for all involved and we at Exclusive Collectables are proud to have Alfred join our family. This is what Alfred has to say….

From the very beginning, my dealing’s with all levels within Exclusive Collectables Management has been an experience that I cannot fault. A company that is only 15 years young and has many more exciting years to come, I for one am very excited about being part of the team.

Being part of a team is how I have felt from day one. I personally have an interest in Hobbies/Die Cast and am an avid collector. However, being introduced into the franchise model as a business venture was something I have never considered. Looking through the whole package there was no other Hobby company that I would want to be associated with other than Exclusive Collectables. That being said Exclusive Collectables is the first Hobby Shop company of it’s type to venture into the franchise model, which is exciting in itself.

From my point of view, its exciting being the first Exclusive Collectables Franchisee and I look forward to the journey. Exclusive Collectables’ success lies in its huge product range, availability and most importantly overall customer service. Going that extra mile for customers is what I have done all of my working career and what better way now to express this now in my own business.

Exclusive Collectables has the vision and is always looking at ways to improve and compliment their existing range to stay ahead of competitors. Having such a unique and exclusive product range gives me the edge that as a new hobby shop business owner, it reassures me that what I have in the store is what the customer is looking for. Its also great to see the pleasant surprise on many customers faces when they realise we stock so many different ranges.

Exclusive Collectables has a very extensive franchise plan and structure that is simply brilliant. I see the ongoing support from Exclusive Collectables Head Office as a huge positive in assisting me to be successful as an owner operator.

As mentioned earlier, Exclusive Collectables is only 15 years young and I feel very privileged in being part of an energetic team that has your best interests at heart and with that sort of attitude will grow and develop this company for many years to come.
I welcome new franchisees as it will increase our brand exposure as a group and give the general public what hobby shop enthusiasts having been looking for.
